Fees: The fee of this tour is $3,995 (for 1 participant),
$3,595 per person (for 2 participants),
$3,235 per person (for 3 participants),
$2,912 per person (for 4 participants),
$2,621 per person (for 5 participants),
$2,359 per person (for 6 participants).
Your fee includes personal tour assistance and escort of your tour by your Tour Host, all transfers as scheduled, eleven nights in nice three star hotels in Salzburg, Linz and Graz, two nights in a four star hotel castle in Feldbach, thirteen breakfasts at the hotels, one gourmet picnic basket, one dinner in a private home (wine and soft drinks included), lovely surprise gift, one cooking class and dinner at the restaurant "Magazin" in Salzburg, including aperitiv (drinks not included), one gourmet dinner at the castle Kapfenstein (drinks not included), four aditional restaurant dinners (drinks not included), admission to one classical concert, all bus rides as scheduled, all First Class and other train rides as scheduled, all private guided tours and admissions to points of interest as scheduled, all service charges & taxes (gratuities not included).
Airfare and shuttle is NOT included in your fee.
Your travel agent can answer questions about discount fares, suggest solutions for your specific travel needs and book your flights.
If you do not have a travel agent, please contact us and we will recommend a travel agent.

It is our intention - in the near future - to arrange airfare as well.
Deposit: A deposit of US $650 per person, made payable to -AustriaTravel.ws- is required to secure your booking. Make reservations as soon as possible to hold space. This is to assure each participant the best possible attention of your tour host for a reasonable price (please compare us to other tour organizers).
Reservations will be confirmed by mail once we receive your deposit and individually signed Tour Application.
Final Payment: The balance of the fee must be received in full by AustriaTravel.ws, no later than July 19, 2009. If the balance is not paid on time, we reserve the right to regard your reservation as canceled and retain your deposit.
Cancellations:
- If you cancel your reservation, your right to receive a refund is limited.
- If we receive written notice of your cancellation 95 days before departure, we shall issue a full refund minus $ 100 administration fee.
- If we receive written notice of your cancellation 94 to 40 days before departure, we shall issue a full refund minus $ 200 administration fee.
- If we receive written notice of your cancellation 39 to 29 days before departure, we shall issue a refund of 50% of the Tour price, unless we are able to fill your place with another participant; in this instance, we shall refund all fees received less your original $650 deposit.
- There will be NO refund for cancellations 29 days or less prior to departure, unless we are able to fill your place with another participant; in this instance, we shall refund all fees received less your original $650 deposit.
- In the event that AustriaTravel.ws must cancel a tour for any reason, all fees, including deposits, will be returned in full. The costs of any travel arrangements you may have made will however not be reimbursed.
Travel Insurance: We recommend that you consider purchasing separate insurance in case you have to cancel your tour. As well as accident, health, baggage and personal effects loss or damage insurance. Read more information on travel insurance ~here~.
Passport: A valid passport is required! If you do not have a passport, you should apply for one immediately. If you now have a passport, please verify that it is valid until after your trip. Visa to Austria is not required for U.S. citizens.

Tour price is based on an exchange rate of 1 euro=1.37 dollars. We reserve the right to adjust the price if the exchange rate varies more than 3 percent.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
To assist AustriaTravel.ws to keep costs low and attractive for its tours, all participants will be required to sign a Release of Liability Agreement with the Tour Application.
On advancement of deposit to AustriaTravel.ws and as part payment for the right to participate in this tour and the activities and services arranged for by AustriaTravel.ws and its representatives and subcontractors, the depositor agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
- The individual tour participant voluntarily agrees that AustriaTravel.ws and its representatives is not responsible for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any supplier of services or accommodations or of any third party over whom AustriaTravel.ws has no control.
- The individual tour participant voluntarily agrees that AustriaTravel.ws and its representatives act only in the capacity of an organizer of all transportation, sightseeing, tour operators and hotels which provide services included in the specified tour over whom AustriaTravel.ws has no control.
- The individual tour participant voluntarily agrees that AustriaTravel.ws and its representatives shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to any act of default of hotels, transportation carriers, restaurants or other contractors rendering or providing services over whom AustriaTravel.ws has no control.
- The individual tour participant voluntarily agrees that AustriaTravel.ws and its representatives shall not be responsible for any expense or liability resulting from forces of nature, weather conditions, physical exertion for which the participant is not prepared, consumption of alcoholic beverages or drugs, risks associated with food, accidents, sickness, illness, injury or death, negligence of the owners of AustriaTravel.ws and its representatives, negligence of the tour participants, negligence of others, breaches of contract, or any other cause.
- The individual tour participant voluntarily agrees by participating in the tour activities to assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/or damages associated with this tour.
- The individual tour participant and his or her personal representatives and heirs voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify AustriaTravel.ws and its representatives from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of the participation in AustriaTravel.ws arranged activities.
- The individual tour participant understands that AustriaTravel.ws and its representatives reserve the right to accept, or to retain or refuse any person as a participant of any tour should this be deemed necessary.
- The individual tour participant understands that AustriaTravel.ws and its representatives reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of its programs, and voluntarily agrees that AustriaTravel.ws may use any such photographic or film records for promotional and/or commercial purposes.
- The individual tour participant understands that AustriaTravel.ws and its representatives reserves the right to alter or change the itinerary and/or the sites included should it be deemed necessary due to local conditions, time restrictions, or other circumstances.
Please be assured that AustriaTravel.ws will take all reasonable precautions to insure the health, safety and comfort of the tour participant.
